Ruth Williams is a retired senior project leader with 39 years of experience in government transformation, communications, and cross‑jurisdictional collaboration. A two‑time Amethyst Award recipient, she is known for leading complex change initiatives and building strong, engaged teams. After visiting EmpowerED’s school in Uganda and witnessing its impact firsthand, Ruth joined the Board of Directors to support its mission. She brings deep expertise in governance, strategic planning, and communications.
